Cauliflower Gustosa Recipe

The Perfect Cauliflower Recipe

Would you believe it if I told you that this delicious vegan meal has 8-16 grams of protein and is only 300 calories. Well, it it's real and the flavors are undeniable as they merge together in a blissful experience of freshness.







Ingredients:

20 pieces of fresh cauliflower

1 cup of spaghetti pasta

1/2 cup heavy cream

2 cups of almond flower

1/4 cup of shredded Gouda cheese

1/4 cup of shredded goat cheese

1 cup of fresh grind basil

2 cups of vegetable oil

3 tea spoons of salt

2 table spoons of onion powder

2 teaspoons of black pepper

2 tea spoons of paprika



Step 1:

boil pasta noodles for 10 minutes or until cooked. When complete, drain noodles and toss with 2 teaspoons of onion powder and two pinches of salt. Set aside in warm area.


Step 2

Fry cauliflower: mix 1 and 1/2 cups of almond flower with seasonings. Dip cauliflower in egg and then dip in flower, lightly coating. Place in pan or pot with oil. Let it cook for 7-10 minutes Repeat until all cauliflower is finished.


Step 3

Chop and crush basil using a mortar & pestle


Step 4

Pour heavy cream into pot on medium heat. Stir in 1 tea spoon of paprika, 1 tea spoon of black pepper. Stir in both cheeses and 1/2 cup of almond flower. Stir in crushed basil.


Step 5

Plate noodles. Pour 1/4 of the sauce on top. Place fried cauliflower on top of noodles and pour the rest of the sauce onto the cauliflower. Sprinkle fresh chopped basil on top for extra flavor.
